Overview - ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for (IT) service management systems (ITSMS) that provides organizations with a framework to deliver quality services. It outlines the requirements and best practices for designing, implementing, managing, monitoring, measuring, and improving ITSMS in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Objective - The objective of ISO/IEC20000-1:2018 Certification is for an organization to gain a deep understanding and implementation of Service Management Systems that are in line with international standards.
